Retina Research Foundation consists of three formal boards:
 

	Board of Directors (shown in the photograph above)
	Board of Trustees
	Board of Clinical and Scientific Advisors

In addition, there is a Board of Advisory Directors and an Executive Committee.

The President and current Scientific Director of RRF is Alice R. McPherson, M.D., internationally recognized authority on vitreoretinal disorders and treatment, both medical and surgical. She is also Professor of Ophthalmology at Baylor College of Medicine, has published extensively in scientific literature, and is a leader in prestigious medical societies worldwide.

The Officers , Directors, and Trustees are a group of approximately 100 individuals who are outstanding members of their communities and who donate their time and talent to the Foundation.

The Board of Clinical and Scientific Advisors, which includes some of the world's leading scientists, contribute their time and talent to the Foundation and work with Dr. McPherson in the administration of the grant and award programs.
